451 Juhl, Mae 465 I did a realistic drawing based on of a picture of my grandma holding a fish. The materials I used to help me bring this drawing to life was a sketchbook, colored pencils, a colorless blender, and white paper. The steps I considered before stsrung my project were choosing a subject matter, media, choosing a certain paper and resize of it, and achieving the correct colors. The elements I focused on in my drawing include line, shape, color, value, space and texture. The principles I focused on were gradation and proportion. My drawing has a variety of colors layered on top of each other including whites and blues for the sky, and greens and browns to create the fish. My grandma is wearing a white shirt and an orange life vest over it. She has short blonde hair and is wearing round, brown glasses. The drawing is displayed in a 13.5 x 10 Inch light brown wooden picture frame. Blue Polk
451 Juhl, Mae 466 12x9in canvas with a beautiful landscape painting. The process of creating this painting was on the longer side. I started by gathering materials, looking at photos I had taken and online photos for deign ideas, and then sketching the layout on the canvas. I then went into painting the sky/background. I started with the sky because it is in the negative space (the furthest back) I used blue and white acrylic colors and concentrated on creating a wash of different values of blue in the sky. I then moved down and used the same techniques to create the water area of the painting. I then made the trees. Thus gave the base water color time to dry and was the next thing furthest back to paint. I am working my way from background to foreground. I then added more layers to the water to give it depth. To do this I used blues, greens, yellow, brown, red, and white. I was focusing on blending and tinting when completing this step. After the base had time to dry I started adding greenery. I completed the painting by adding lily pads/flowers in the foreground. Blue Polk
453 Allen, Makayla 467 Layered painting of a gray barn with a sunset in the background. The colors in the sunset have hints of blues, oranges, and white. On the left side of the barn is two black pine trees, and on the right side of the barn is a black fence. There is also a singular black tree on the far right on the painting in front of the fence. This painting was done on five, light wooden boards that were then glued and nailed together before being painted on. Red Polk
453 Allen, Makayla 468 A 15.5x94 in 7 step dark wood ladder. Hanging from each of the steps you will see a barn quit. Each barn quilt is a different animal with a different base color. The closet one to the bottom is a variety of pinks used to create a goat, the next one up is a variety of purples used to make a horse, then you will see a mountain lion made out of a variety of blues, then a duck made with shades of yellow and orange, next a fox made with reds, white, and black, lastly a buck made with a wide range of shades of brown. Each animal is outlined in black and set on top of a silver background. Blue Polk
455 Kelly, Olivia 469 Black and white drawing sketch of a girl with curly hair sitting on the floor with her knees bent up and one of her arms is resting on her lap. She has her other arm bent with her elbow resting on her thigh and her hand resting on her cheek. Her head is facing up towards the ceiling but her eyes are covered by her hair. The sketch is displayed in a black 7x9’ frame. Blue Polk

485 Rudloff, Gabryel 471 I recreated a picture of my show goat when she was a baby. I decided to do this by creating a digital drawing using an app called ProCreate which is a popular digital illustration app for iPad users. In the past I’ve entered drawings of my goats using a more cartoon style, but this time I wanted to try something different. When I started this drawing I knew the realism would take longer and I spent two hours of a time lapsed and 2809 strokes. The digital drawing of this goats uses blended colors of browns, whites, and blacks. This artwork is mounted on a gray mat, it is 14 inches tall x 11 inches long. Blue Polk
